This Privacy Policy explains how Crescent Capital Advisors (“CCA,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ccaops.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It is one of the two policies linked in the footer of every page, alongside our Terms of Use.

When you submit a form, the UTM values associated with your visit may be stored alongside your submission.

• Supabase — database hosting for form submissions and records.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management, storing contact records.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and notification email.
• Tawk.to — the live chat widget on the Site.
• cal.com — scheduling and booking of calls.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors listed above, and only where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time using the contact below.

Security

We rely on reputable providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
